EARLY BIRD PRICING FOR THE 2024 SEASON

Legacy members (80 years and over) receive a $100 discount on any membership category.

All rates are subject to 13% HST

Platinum Membership Package

• Unlimited rounds (9 or 18 holes), anytime, 7-days a week.
• Limited to first 100 members to register.
• Added value – Inclusions with no additional cost.
  • Driving Range (1 large basket per day)
  • Self-serve Club Storage and locker
  • Daily use of pull carts
  • Golf Canada Association card

 Signature Gold Membership

• Up to 65 rounds (9 or 18-holes) before 3pm, and unlimited rounds after 3pm.  This membership is valid 7-days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Signature Silver Membership

• Up to 65 rounds (9 or 18-holes) before 3pm, and unlimited rounds after 3pm on Monday through Friday.  This membership is not valid on weekends or holidays (with the exception of regular league days that fall on a holiday).

Signature Young Adult Gold Membership

• Up to 40 rounds (9 or 18-holes) for those aged 18-39 years, valid any day before 3pm, and unlimited rounds after 3pm.  This membership is valid 7-days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Club 18 Membership

• Up to 40 rounds (18-holes) anytime on Monday through Friday.  This membership is not valid on weekends or holidays and is not ideal for 9-hole players.

Platinum Membership

• Unrestricted membership valid for play in all club events and outside tournaments.
• The ‘inclusions’ do not hold specific monetary value. There are no discounts or substitutions applied to your membership should you not require/use a service.
• Only those who request the Golf Canada Association card will be activated/renewed.
• Club storage is included on a first-come, first-served basis.  This will remain a self-serve service for the foreseeable future.

 Limited-Round (Signature) Memberships:

• Rounds after 3pm are not counted against the total rounds, however, be advised that not all evenings will be open for tee-times due to league scheduling.
• Rounds played beyond the package allowance are charged at $20/round.
• Limited-round memberships are member-specific and cannot be shared with others.
• Limited-round memberships are not valid for tournament play, unless the tournament is hosted by the Knickerbocker Golf Course.
• Each tee-time reserved is considered a round played, regardless of 9 or 18-holes.  There are no discounts applied or provisions made for 9-holes.
• A “no-show” reservation (unrelated to weather conditions) is considered a round played unless adequate cancellation notice has been provided. (2023 cancellation policy will be in effect).
• Membership rounds expire at the end of the current year, regardless of usage.  Remaining rounds hold no monetary value for future seasons.

Club 18 Membership:

• Intended for those who play 18-holes regularly.  It is not ideal for 9-hole players.
• Rounds played beyond 40 are charged at $30/round.
• All limited-round memberships are member-specific and cannot be shared with others.
• Limited-round memberships are not valid for tournament play, unless the tournament is hosted by the Knckerbocker Golf Course.
• A “no-show” reservation (unrelated to weather conditions) is considered a round played unless adequate cancellation notice has been provided. (2024 cancellation policy will be in effect).
• Rounds expire at the end of the current year, regardless of usage.  Remaining rounds hold no monetary value for future seasons.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

• Every member, across every category, must check-in with the proshop upon arrival.
• A “no-show” tee-time (unrelated to weather conditions) is considered a round played unless adequate cancellation notice has been provided. (The 2023 cancellation policy is in effect).

MEMBER BOOKING POLICY

• Adult members across all categories receive 14-day advanced ONLINE booking privileges and 7-day privileges if contacting the proshop (by phone or in-person).
• All players names in a reservation should be specified individually, by 4pm the day before the reservation, and any unneeded spots/times cancelled.
• Make Note: there are 2-3 days per season the course shuts down to host special events and tournaments.  On these days, there are no tee-times.  Please remember that the Club and maintenance crew make best efforts to accommodate members special requests on a regular basis, therefore it is presumed that the membership will respect our events schedule.

* Spousal sharing must be requested at the time of purchase so that both profiles can be set up to draw from the package.  It is permitted only on the 10 and 35 round packages.  

The trail pass is designed for members who exceed 50 rounds per season.   After 65 rounds, the member will be charged a reduced rate per rental.  

There is no package that allows single-rider privileges.  Should one request a single-rider power cart, it will be subject to the standard surcharge of $10.00 per 18-holes and $7.50 per 9-holes.  Failure to inform the proshop when extra carts have been assigned to the tee-time, will result in single-rider surcharges.  (When members stop to rent a cart after 9 holes, it is not always easy for the proshop to know if there is an empty seat available in your tee-time.  Carts are to be filled before additional carts are issued. )

If you register by October 15th, you will receive 2023 pricing on your 2024 membership, two complimentary guest rounds (for 9 OR 18 holes) and your choice of your Golf Canada Association card OR a dozen Pinnacle balls (Platinum members will receive both), valued at approximately $250.  There are no substitutions.

Please note that after this date, memberships will be only available to purchase in the Spring of 2024.  

• A full REFUND will be provided up until May 1^st, 2024, to those who cancel their membership for ‘significant reasons’ related to the development of the golf course property.  To receive this refund there must be a substantial discrepancy from the information provided in the fall of 2023.  THERE ARE NO CHANGES ANTICIPATED TO THE LAYOUT OF THE GOLF COURSE FOR THE 2024 SEASON. 
• A full CREDIT will be provided to those who defer or cancel their 2024 membership due to medical reasons that arise during the off-season. This option is available up until May 1^st, 2024 at which point the membership becomes non-refundable.

• 6-month Payment Plan.  Equal payments processed on Dec 1, Jan 1, Feb 1, Mar 1, April 1, and May 1.
• A credit card or post-dated cheques are required to register for a payment plan.  No exceptions.
